How the mission was born.
I had a rough childhood; family dynamics were very dysfunctional; abuse, neglect and a disabled brother whom I fiercely protected. The emotional battlefield that was “home” had left me timid, and a chronic people pleaser.
A few years after leaving my childhood home, I had gone through various traumatic experiences; addiction, cheating, fake friends, narcissistic abuse, loss of a child, homelessness, suicide attempts, sexual assault, crushing dept, car accidents (yes plural); and I had slowly become more disconnected from the world. Lost in a dark dissociative fugue and betrayed by my family; I had ultimately hit rock-bottom. With no one to turn to and nowhere to go, I felt like I just kept sinking; I lost what felt like everything.
But I made the most beautiful discovery; I am free to be true myself and create the life I deeply desire. With nothing to lose, I have everything to gain, and so I began a deep soul search to uncover the suppressed childhood dreams within my heart.
I realized how short and incredibly valuable life really is, this ongoing notion drives me to focus on healing mind-body-soul, growing in my sense of purpose, and helping others do the same.I want to remind others of the power they hold within; the power to overcome adversity, and to become your most free and fulfilled selves.
My purpose is to live authentically by pursuing my dreams and sharing with you my personal insights on how to connect to your inner truth; so you may also feel empowered to create the life of your dreams.
No matter the circumstances, if you have faith, you can do everything you want to in life. I want to share with you how I broke free of the shackles of fear, depression, loneliness, and trauma, and I want you to do the same. By fearlessly embracing our authentic selves, we can change the world one heart at a time; it all starts within.
